  • Nancy Nayor, Head of Creative & Talent

    Nancy Nayor is the President of Nancy Nayor Casting. Over her celebrated career, Nayor has lead a team of associates in the casting of over 130 films, television shows and digital properties. Nayor previously served as Senior Vice President of Casting for Universal Pictures for over a decade, where she oversaw casting for award-winning films with directors including Spike Lee, Ron Howard, Oliver Stone, Sami Rami, John Woo, John Hughes and Steven Spielberg. Nayor also serves as the chairman of Crispy Twig Productions and is actively engaged in the development of feature film and television projects including the BET reality music competition One Shot. Over the course of her career, Nayor has been an instrumental part of the casting teams who discovered mega stars including Matthew McConaughey, Amanda Peet, Theresa Peters, and Gwyneth Paltrow; and has given the studios the stars they need to help create high grossing, blockbuster hits including Darkman, The Flintstones, and White Palace. Nancy Nayor Casting is sought after by major studios as well as international and domestic production houses.

  • Dean Hadaegh, Head of Business & Operations

    Dean Hadaegh is the CEO of Crispy Twig Productions, Inc. He is a seasoned senior executive with many years of leadership and innovation in media, entertainment, and technology. Hadaegh has been an active leader in launching several other major networks including OVATION TV and MNET. He is also one of the founding members of The Tennis Channel, and served as Senior Vice President of Broadcast Operations and Chief Technology Officer for network. In his role, Hadaegh directed services for The Tennis Channel's traditional and digital media, including the linear and live event television origination and services. He led the company's strategic move into Over the Top TV (OTT) and was the overseeing leader of all operations for the company's OTT network, Tennis Channel Plus. Prior to joining Tennis Channel’s executive team, Hadaegh served as President of SOMA. Previous to SOMA, Hadaegh was President and CEO of Logicode Technology, Inc. Hadaegh began his career in 1986 as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Spelling Entertainment, Polygram TV and ITC Entertainment.

    Andy Henry has been in casting for close to 2 decades. Beginning his career in 1998 on the hit series "The X-Files", Andy has tallied over 450 episodes of television, ranging from Aaron Sorkin's "The Newsroom" to the cult-hit "Eureka" and the #1 show in the world, "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation". Transitioning to feature films 8 years ago, Andy has worked on over 50 pictures, from big-budget hits such as The Descendants, Elysium and The Amazing Spider-Man to Indie-darlings like Rubber and The Waiting. Today he works as a Casting Director with Nancy Nayor Casting as well as the Director of Creative Services where he oversees the entire staff of Casting Associates and Assistants.

  • Jim Brennan, Head of Business Development

    Jim Brennan graduated from Syracuse University and started his entertainment career in CAA's TV literary department in 2010. From there, he went on to work in television development at Showtime Networks serving on Emmy award-winning shows such as “Homeland,” “Ray Donovan,” “Shameless,” and “Dexter”. After his work at Showtime, Brennan became an integral part of launching a production company at 20th Century Fox, and then aided in successfully re-launching Chernin Entertainment's TV division. He is currently head of business development and production at Crispy Twig Productions and Nancy Nayor Casting.

  • Hessam Dean Hadaegh, Head of Development

    Hessam Dean Hadaegh focused his undergraduate studies in Economic and Political History. Upon graduation, Hessam spent the next decade building a successful career in the financial sector. In 2010, he decided to pursue his passion for creative work by establishing himself in the entertainment industry, where he became an Executive at Universal Music Publishing. During that tenure, Hessam came to find the value of possessing a legal education as an indispensable means in proliferating art and culture. He pursed his legal education and received a J.D. from Southwestern Law School specializing in Entertainment Law. Currently, Hessam is the Head of Development at Crispy Twig Productions, and is responsible for launch of "One Shot" on BET Network. He is actively working on development of TV and feature film projects for the company.
